The Executive Committee is the principal decision-making body in relation to RSMA policy,
standards and quality issues. Members of the Executive Committee are elected from the
membership by the membership.
All applications for membership of the RSMA are vetted by the Executive Committee to
ensure quality requirements are met, clients can be sure RSMA members will provide quality;
products, services and workmanship.
The Executive Committee determine the policies and direction of the Association in addition
to approving the Business Plan of the organisation every year, determining those services that
the Association delivers in order to add value to a member’s membership of RSMA.
The Executive is responsible for the employment of the team of professionals that deliver
the services and all other operational aspects of the Association’s activities.
The Association’s professional team is made up of National Director, George Lee
(who is also Managing Director of RSMA Ltd.); Office Manager, Joyce Bury; Training and Development
Co-ordinator Stephen Coffey; Training andMarketing Administration Officer Lesley Brannon; and NVQ Assessor and Projects Officer Clive Mitchell.
