 How long after ordering will I receive my cards?
As Heartfelt cards are handmade and personalised to your requirements I ask that you please allow up to 14 days to receive your beautiful and unique personalised card. Please allow up to 4 days to receive a your card from the small non personalised range.



 Can my card be sent directly to the recipient on my behalf ?
Yes, if you choose a personalised card and pay online through Pay Pal your card can be sent on your behalf to arrive when you request provided you allow sufficient time when ordering. The order form gives you the opportunity to request a different name and delivery address.



How do I order a card and how do I pay?
Ordering and paying online is quite simple, just follow the on screen instructions, you will also be given the opportunity to add your chosen personalisation during the order process on the ORDER LIST page if you wish to. Alternativley you are welcome to email this information to me when I contact you after your order has been received. I  always email  customers to confirm details and personalisation choice. 

The payment options are:

1)  Cheque or Postal order payable to Heartfelt Handmade cards. I will provid postal details once your order has been received. 

2) Online as part of the ordering process with a credit card via the secure Pay Pal site. Sorry but Heartfelt is unable to accept card payments over the phone.

If you prefer not to use the online ordering and payment option you are welcome to email me through the "Contact Me" page with your card choice (number) and details and I will get back to you regards payment and personalisation options.

 


 I am having problems with using the website, who should I contact?

Do the cards have verse or greetings in them ?
Heartfelt cards do not have a standard verse per card design. A selection of Heartfelt verse can be emailed to you to choose from for cards with personalised inners, or of course I will be happy to print your own verse/greeting/poem etc. Non personalised cards cannot be printed with verse and are supplied with a blank inner or standard greeting as specified in the card description.



 Can I have my own poem or greeting printed in my card choice?
Yes at Heartfelt you can see your verse or greeting printed in an attractive font in your chosen card. This really does make your card choice something very special. You will be given the opportunity to add your personalisation details to your order during the online order process when the ORDER LIST screen comes up. Alternatively you may email your chosen words. There is no extra charge for this service, however if your poem/verse is particularly long or needs editing to fit your chosen card there may be an extra charge. Please do ask. Non personalised cards are supplied with a blank inner for your handwritten greeting.



How will my cards be packaged?
Non boxed cards will be packaged in clear plastic and posted in a hard backed or manilla envelope. Boxed designs are posted in a strong postal box.



 Would you make cards for same sex Anniversaries, Weddings or civil ceremonies?
Yes, I'll be happy to help make your event even more special with a personalised card saying what you want to say.



How big are the cards?
All card sizes are shown in the card descriptions and range from Tiny boxed cards 10cms x 10cms through to extra large cards A4 size 21cms x 30cms.

Can I have an age or Anniversary number added to my card choice? Yes,  personalised cards can have a number added as well as your personal greeting for a Birthday or Anniversary making your card choice unique, please do ask. Non personalised cards do not offer this option.

 

I'm looking for a "70th Birthday Mum"card but can't find any on your site can you help? Yes as Heartfelt cards are designed so that you can choose the card you like and have it made for whoever you want, so a personalised greeting for Mum can be added as can an age number and verse/greeting of your choice. You can also choose a card from say the Wedding section and have it made as a Birthday card, the choice is yours at Heartfelt.


 I like one of the designs but I would like it in a different colour and size, is this possible?
Generally, yes this is possible as I have a selection of card colours to choose from. Please email me or call me and we can sort out the various options available for you.



I would like different flowers on my card, can you do this?
I do have a large selection of flower types available both paper flowers and silk type flowers which I will be happy to use. If it is something rather special or unusual that I do not stock I will do my best to get it for you. I may need to charge a little extra for flowers that I do not stock and need to buy in especially depending on the cost involved.



 Can I have a "One Off " card made to my own design or Can I have a verse written especially for me if I give you all the details?
Sorry but Heartfelt Handmade cards is no longer able to offer a totally bespoke card designing or verse writing service, however you are welcome to compose your own verse and have it printed into a personalised card of your choice in an attractive font or adapt a Heartfelt verse to suit you. It may also be possible to adapt an existing card design to suit your personal requirements.Heartfelt cards are designed so that you can choose the design you like and have it made for whoever you want, so yes a personalised greeting for Mum can be added as can an age number and verse/greeting of your choice.


 Do you make Wedding invitations, place names, table plans etc.?
Sorry but Heartfelt Handmade cards does not offer this service, however some of the designs would make a lovely "Thank You" for parents, bridesmaids etc., something special to keep. Also special cards from Bride to Groom and Groom to Bride with your choice of words etc.



Do you have a catalogue?
Heartfelt does not have a printed catalogue and only sells cards via the webvsite. However if you find it helpful you are welcome to print the website card details for your own use.



Do you sell wholesale?
Sorry but Heartfelt only sells direct to customers and does not supply retailers.
