You choose the card design and personalisation both for the card front and inner which can be printed with your choice of words or a choice of Heartfelt verse which I will be happy to email.

I do recommend reading the "Frequently Asked Questions" page as Heartfelt is quite different to many cards sites.

I have tried to include answers to most customer questions regarding the service Heartfelt is able to offer.

Heartfelt handmade cards are nothing like the "Hand made" or "Handcrafted" shop bought cards . I use paper and silk flowers, good quality ribbon, card and paper and various embellishments and all designs are unique to Heartfelt Handmade cards.

To avoid dissapointment I ask that you allow up to 14 days to receive your personalised order.

I can also post your personalised card on your behalf. There is also a small selection of non personalised cards to choose from.Please allow up to 4 days for these. All boxed cards come wrapped in gently scented tissue in a white box hand embellished with ribbon, flowers, personalised greeting plaque, etc appropriate to the card design. There are no added postage and packing costs for UK and surrounding isles.

Payment by cheque/postal order or credit card through Pay Pal , Sorry but credit card payments cannot be taken over the phone.
